
Dr. Todd Siler, Co-founder and President of Think Like a Genius, LLC, is the creator of the Think Like A Genius® Program and the Metaphorming® Workshop. Todd Siler is often referred to as a modern day Leonardo Da Vinci. He is an internationally recognized visual artist, author, inventor, educator and consultant who received his Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Psychology and Art from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1986. He was the first visual artist to receive a doctorate from M.I.T.
Dr. Siler is a World Economic Forum Fellow. He is also a recipient of an I.B.M. Thomas J. Watson Fellowship to Paris, France (1975-76); a Fulbright Fellowship to India (1985-86); and a Meitec Fellowship (1989-91), awarded by the Meitec Corporation in Tokyo. In addition, he holds a number of patents on a wide range of inventions, including a computer-graphics input device and textile printing machinery.
Dr. Siler has consulted and presented extensively throughout the world on creativity, innovation, and collaborative learning projects, among other related topics. He has published many articles and books on his work, including his book, Think Like A Genius (Bantam Books, 1997), which has been published in nine languages. Todd Siler's book, Breaking the Mind Barrier (Simon and Schuster, 1990 and Touchstone Books, 1992) was nominated for the 1994 University of Louisville Grawemeyer Award in Education for "a work of outstanding educational achievement with potential for worldwide impact."
Todd Siler has been exhibiting his artworks internationally in major museums and galleries for the past twenty years and is represented by Ronald Feldman Fine Arts in New York City. His artworks are in numerous private and public collections, including The Solomon R. Eric Siler has served as CEO of Think Like a Genius, LLC since 1994. He has an extensive background in marketing, management, business development and fundraising. Prior to joining Think Like a Genius, he served as President and Chairman of the Board of United Resource Technology, a land based oil and gas company which acquired and developed oil and gas properties throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Before that, Mr. Siler was Chairman of the Board of Striker Petroleum Corporation, a public oil and gas exploration company he and two partners founded in 1981. Mr. Siler has a B.A. degree in Speech Communications from the University of Denver. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Museum of Outdoor Arts in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Scott Perlman has served as COO of Think Like a Genius, LLC since 1994. His background is in finance, operations and product development. Previously, Mr. Perlman served as General Manager of Blaser Computer Products, Inc., a privately held company that owned and operated computer hardware manufacturing companies. Prior to that, Mr. Perlman was the Vice President of The Chotin Group Corporation, a private company engaged in large-scale structured financing programs. Mr. Perlman has a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College. He is avid learner who is active in community projects.
Dick provides consulting services in the arenas of strategy, marketing and business performance. He has held senior executive positions at companies including CBS, Citicorp, General Foods and U S WEST where he had extensive experience and proven success developing and launching new businesses and products. Dick prides himself on being "strategically creative" and has demonstrated the transferability of his skills across numerous industries including: telecommunications, information services, computer software, financial services, packaged goods, and consumer electronics. Dick holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and a MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Paul has 25 years of experience working as an executive in both profit and non-profit sectors. Having worked for Coors Brewing Company, Reebok International, McClain Finlon Advertising and many mid - market businesses, he is a seasoned business executive that helps companies manage change, build powerful brands, study and understand consumer behavior and generate powerful vision. Paul has worked on both the client and agency side of the business and has sat numerous times in the CEO or President's chair, giving him a unique understanding of the problems and opportunities those positions face in building business. Paul is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he double majored in marketing and communications. He and his wife, Vicki, live in Evergreen, Colorado. His two sons, Matt and Ken are college students pursuing degrees at the University of Colorado Medical School and University of Colorado, respectively.
Anastasia's 17 years of experience in brand management, equity building and strategic planning allow her to approach brands from every perspective. Upon completing an undergraduate degree in Literature at Denison University in 1992, she started her career in Chicago at The Leo Burnett Company, working on General Motors, Marlboro and The National Cattlemen's Beef Association accounts. Her work on General Mills and Proctor & Gamble for Saatchi & Saatchi earned her the first of several Effie Awards for marketing and advertising effectiveness. In 1999, she took a management position with Arnold Worldwide in Boston working on the McDonald's, Royal Caribbean and Ocean Spray accounts. Most recently she ran a strategic planning department of 15 for AMP Agency, an experiential marketing agency in Boston. As part of the four -person management team, she came to understand systems thinking and the day-to-day challenges of corporate management.
She and her husband, Rob, are outdoor enthusiasts with a passion for travel, camping, hiking, skiing and anything associated with snow. She is an avid hockey fan and is convinced that this is the year for the Buffalo Sabres.
