Emotional Intelligence Workshop
The Telocity Emotional Intelligence Workshop is a six-hour learning experience designed for system leaders and/or executive leadership teams. The workshop helps leaders develop and expand their relational capacity and provides practical ways to lead constructive change and resolve organizational tension and conflict. An emotionally intelligent leader or leadership team is more able to achieve the highest organizational results through the loyalty, collaboration and support of their leadership. This workshop is a must for leaders contemplating change and transformation in their organization.
Turning Conflict into Energy
Telocity Group offers a one-day workshop for leadership teams that teaches them how to transform the negative energy of conflict into a positive force for change in the organization. First, we assist leaders in developing a deep understanding of conflict through our Conflict Mapping approach. Then through interactive training and case studies, our workshop teaches you the Four Disciplines and Methods of Conflict Transformation that will expand the emotional intelligence of your leadership team to handle conflict confidently. Understanding the Four Generation Workforce
The Telocity generation workshop is offered in a two-hour seminar format or a full-day workshop. It explores how each generation has its own influences and motivators…and how each generation has difficulty understanding the other. This lack of understanding causes a failure to respect each other, leaving a very diverse workplace rife with stress, miscommunication and tension upsetting the tender balance of developing authentic workplace community.
