02. Executive Team Development

The Telocity Group team development program is anchored by an Executive Dimension Inventory, a 360-degree instrument that helps team members gain an accurate assessment of their leadership competencies. The team then gives feedback to each individual regarding leadership strengths and challenges in a facilitated meeting. Teams that engage in this integrated approach can expect improved leadership in several areas:

03. Leadership Retreat

The Telocity Leadership Retreat can be adapted for either an intact executive team or a small group of individual leaders. Group dynamics, team skills and individual roles are explored and addressed in this high impact 48-hour retreat.

This retreat of eight to ten colleagues is designed to access the power of circles of trust to encourage personal growth and renewed vision. Participants can expect to advance their personal awareness and leadership capacities through:
