04. Build

In the Build phase brand success metrics are set and the initial build of the communication architecture, creative brief and creative concepts get completed. The architecture process takes the cross functional team that defined the internal Brand DNA and uses them to help complete the outward facing communications architecture. This defines the target, benefits, key communications and takeaways that are necessary out of any marketing communications.
